Due to various medical complaints, mIn one severe arthritis. Pains and spasms make sleep difficult. From the first night I took Melatonin I have had "acceptable" sleeps. 3-4 hrs then another 4-5 hrs. Never had sleep like that for many years. Would highly recommend 👌 👍
